Vintage Table Top Stack Paper Guillotine Cutter that cuts paper up to 12x12 and stacks of paper 1.5 inches thick. The base is 20x27”(includes paper length handle adjustment arm). It is 9” tall to the top of the thickness adjustment fly wheel. The cutting arm is 29” long. The weight is about 50 lbs.
