You may want to try Dave Churchman. Or ask around on the letpress list. I found one that way not too long ago when the lever snapped on a C&P 8x12 I was working on. I was happy to replace it rather than risk having a repair fail.
I suspect it snapped at the pivot bolt hole, right?
hi daniel - the lever cracked right above the pivot bolt hole - or at least what i think is the pivot bolt hole. i had it welded back together at a local welding shop… he braised it, said it would be as strong as before. seems to be working fine!
This eBay seller has what appear to be two C&P throw off levers in good condition in two different listings. I’d suggest you check the size against your press and get yourself an unbroken spare if ones proves to be a match.
