Recently purchased an 1875 Peerless and it’s missing the treadle and hook. would anyone have an extra?

I would check with some of the larger suppliers like Letterpress Things in Chicopee, Massachusetts, or the Churchmans in Indianapolis, Indiana (see Yellow Pages on this site).
If you aren’t lucky with finding one that way, we talked about treadles not too long ago. If you or someone you know is an experienced woodworker or metalworker, you could probably make one from scratch, out of hardwood or metal.
