Page Scans Comparato

Is there someone on here who has a copy of Frank Comparato’s “Chronicles of Genius and Folly” and could email me scans of pages 34 and 35? I am working on the transition of the Washington press from Rust to Hoe and those pages, I believe (per Google Books, anyway) contain a description of the transaction. I used to have a copy but lost it and much other stuff in the foreclosure of my home.
