Anyone know where to purchase Ink in Toronto (GTA) in small quantities?

Hello,

As stated in my question above. I’m looking for a place in Toronto or greater GTA or even Ontario that will custom mix ink in 1lb or smaller. Thanks for any leads. Also, anyone have any experience with any place other than KDS? They are very expensive for the magnesium options but have not yet been quoted on polymer.

Cheers,

David

I have been using KDS for about 20 years the prices are industry average or less . The service I can count on to meet deadlines. I have tried a few other suppliers but found the invoice was often more than the quote and the service was unacceptable. KDS prices for polymer plates are about half that of magnesium. They are also in the next building to Don Back Linecasting. For ink mixing try asking a local printer that you are not in competition with.

david, i’ve been getting rubber based inks from Ernest Greene and sons in Mississauga. I buy their one pound tins. They do custom mixing but I’m not sure what size.
