How to start..
I have been into letterpress for a long time, and I understand the process well. However I am beginning to build up my studio and would like some tips and opinions on starting out.
I recently acquired a Ideal No. 3 Platen Press, that is in need of rollers. But, thats all I’ve got.
I am a printmaker and understand the process a lot of the materials very well, I just need some help getting started and learning about my press :)

Find some nearby printers and arrange for a visit. Nothing like looking at another persons shop for ideas. Where are you?
Are you going to focus on using type, pp plates, or blocks? This would be a good time to decide.
