The time is coming to restore my press…

Hello everyone! It’s been a very long time since I’ve posted on here, and have made monumental strides in my printmaking! I love what I’m printing now, and really enjoy the entire process.

I think the time is coming for me to start the restoration project on my C&P 10x15 OS. I’ve never done anything like this before, but I’m wanting to give it a shot. However, I don’t even know where to start! Does anyone know of a “how to..” or a guide to restoring something like this?

All help is appreciated. I’ll be researching for a few months before I decide to take on the challenge, but I can’t wait!

Where to start , take photos of every part in situ and make plenty of notes !!!
make timing marks on every shaft and gear ,be sure they show in all pics !
