My Heidelberg Platen 10 x 15 has developed this problem. It runs fine prints fine, but when it picks up a sheet there is a definite “slow down” on the press as a whole. I oiled everything and no change, cannot figure this one out. Any and all help appreciated.

It sounds like you need to adjust the clutch.
UPDATE-
It seams to have gone away, after running a few hundred sheets. Maybe because the pump was cold and needed to warm up, been cold here in Colorado.
