Los Angeles - What to see?

Hi all,

i am travelling to South America via the US and have about 12hrs to kill around LAX airport by myself. What better way to spend the time than looking at printing history? those that live in Los Angeles, can you recommend anything interesting to see (printing related of course) easy to get to by public transport?
cheers, leo

You can rent a car cheaply.
or do UberPool (inexpensive to Santa Monica - probably not available to Carson) You’ll need the app - Uber regular can’t pick up at LAX)
or Taxi (expensive.)
Public transportation isn’t so easy in Los Angeles.

Mmortimer, thanks for the links and info.
