Windmill Gripper Bars and Tympan sheet ripping

I had a similar problem with one gripper on my windmill and it would tear the packing. By taking the packing off and running the machine by hand I loosened off the offending gripper and put a shim under one side to level the gripper. This could be checked by checking the gap between the underside of the gripper and the platen surface.
