Hello all - and thanks in advance for any help. We have a Kluge here and it feeds fine, goes to impression fine, but then it won’t “pull” the sheet out. There is no suction at this point and the suckers just drag the sheet out and toss it wherever. We have changed the pump and the check valve seems ok - any ideas?
Please don’t think unkindly of me - but - have you checked the vacuum hose?
Well….. as stupid as it might seem of me - we thought we had checked all the lines but we just realized that one wasn’t clamped tight and the problem seems to be solved. Guess we should have double checked all that before replacing the pump!! Thanks again.
