This is always the ultimatum, isn’t it? Cyclical for the 20th and 21st centuries.

“The tenant’s rights survive the settlement and sale of the property.” (assuming you have a lease) I’d be talking with my attorney about now to see what my options are; have the new owner buy you out for the time and trouble of the move/sale.

Please post an email or phone number. Thanks!

Going to talk to the landlord in the morning.

If you are interested in purchasing the whole shop.

Do you have fonts: 8pt/410; 10pt/428; 12pt/444 or 10pt/1793?? Would buy before you scrap.

NO time to check. I have until March 11, 2017, to move.

If you want a good deal come before 3/11. Landlord is sending his tracks and men to remove me on 3/11.

THIS IS NOT JOKE!

I have two jobs and have no time to think right now.

NO help with packing up.

I just had the true told to me, a lady I worked with for 16 years is getting married, she told me I could do her wedding announcements. She now told me, that we are fools to stay in the printing business. She using the internet and emails to invite people to her wedding, and she spending over $30,000 so far. And does want to spent another $300 on printing.

At least in California, I believe, the landlord would need to bring an “Unlawful Detainer” action in municipal court to legally remove you and your property.

As I watched the last truckload drive off Saturday, March 4, 2017, in the landlord truck, I left the end had finally come.

Now everything is in the landlords hands.

Aaron you are probably better off now. Enjoy life.

I agree with Mike. If what’s supposed to make you happy makes you miserable, then it’s time to reconsider what makes you happy.
