one more unidentified piece

A final piece of unidentified equipment. I believe this had a wood table on it and was used to wrap papers for mailing into a tight wrap. But I have no idea who made it or how it worked. I does have a drive for a motor and pulley on the right side that is almost hidden here.
Any info would be appreciated.

This looks like a Brake to me, a Brake is a mechanical device to facilitate a bend edge in a material like sheetmetal.

Is it not a Rosback style pinhole perforator?

Yes. Rosback perforator. It’s missing the tables and guides. Doesn’t look like the treadle is all there.

Not a Rosback but similar. I think it’s missing lots of parts because I think it was motorized at one time.
