I am an experienced printer with a well equipped shop in Concord, CA.
I am not very strong in the artistic and creative departments.

Hi Inky, I hope that your post has gotten you some interest for this position. When I read it it I was wondering if you wanted someone to work with you in the shop and learn first hand or if you just needed assistance with design work and the person could be anywhere and work via phone and internet.
“Come and get some ink on your shirt” seems pretty clear but I new that was your tag line so I wasn’t sure it was a requirement.
The reason I ask is because I do know some folks who have good experience in graphic design but live on the east coast. Best.
